Eligibility for the candidates:

• 12th Pass. with 50% scored can apply for Direct admission for General Candidates
• 12th Pass. with 45% scored can apply for Direct admission for OBC/SC/ST/Defense and Girls
• Students with less than 50% marks for General Quota & 45% marks for OBC/SC/ST/ Defense and for Girl Candidates seeking admission in BBA in Tourism Management and eligible for the same, must clear All India Test followed by an interview conducted at different Examination Halls. Aspirants will be considered for enrollment on the basis of their rank in the written test & interview on the availability of the seats. Aspirants appearing in 12th Class can also apply.

Duration: 3 years are divided into 6 Semesters followed by Industrial Training in a hotel or equivalent for 3-6 months

When to apply: When to apply: Institute gives admission notification in the month of December/January and May/June every year in leading journals. Prospectus contains application form for every course offered. It can be bought from Institute's Inquiry Window. Payment can be made in the form of Cash or DD. You can also procure it through post with payment of additional charges.

How to Apply:(Duly filled-in application form must be accompanied with)

• Attested photocopy of proof of age.
• Attested photocopy of proof of educational qualification/ mark sheets.
• Fitness certificate from a registered MBBS doctor on the attached form.
• One passport size photograph pasted in the space provided on the application form.
• Character certificate from the head of the institution (school/college) last attended.
• Attested photocopy of Reserved Category Certificate from appropriate authority, if applicable.
• A certificate of bonafide domicile of native place, if applicable, + check position in line in both short courses During the interview the candidates will be evaluated on the basis of their communication skills with particular reference to the English language, general awareness, personal grooming, the overall personality and the candidate's suitability for the hospitality industry.
  
  

  Admission:Selection process is entirely based on the combined merit list and the personal interview conducted by the Selection Committee at the Institute on the stipulated date mentioned in the prospectus. Admission fee: Rs. 26850/- and semester fee is to be paid in installments

  Selection :Final selection list will be displayed on the Notice Board at the Institute on same day or before interview. NO SEPARATE INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY CANDIDATE. All Selected candidates are required to pay the complete fee for the first term according to the Fee Structure on the day the result is declared. If candidate fails to submit the required fee then seat will be withdrawn as well as will be offered to the next candidate. Aspirants whose admission has been canceled are not liable for any compensation from the institute.

  
  

  Hostel fee:Hostel fee for one Semester is Rs. 30000/- that essentially has to be deposited in advance. It is important to mention that hostel facility is available for minimum one year. In addition, Rs. 50/- will be fined for each day after the due date.

  • The fee should be paid either by cash or demand draft drawn in favour of "A-IHM " payable at Noida
  • The fee include enrollment fee, tuition fee, University fee, internal exams fee, I D Card fee, student activities, F&B Practical, Food Production Practical, Computer, games & Sports, Development and industrial exposure.
  • Receipt of all fee paid must be obtained from the office by payee
  • Fee should be strictly deposited with in the time specified i.e. in the month of 1st working day of each installment.
